This truffle it is known as Perigord Truffle because at the begining of twentieth century France was the main producer in the world. Nowadays 90% of the production of this truffle mushoom it is produced in Spain in winter time. From November to April Spanish truffle it is sold around the world.

Once the winter season it is finished in Europe, from May to August we find from Southern Hemisphere Australian truffle and South American truffle.
